Happy Sunday! Whether you're a new subscriber or an existing subscriber, welcome back. Here are a few articles you should check out from this week!

The music industry has been an industry of tumultuous and predatory contracts for years. With the advent of the internet and streaming, some parity has been added both to the access to information and also the access to money. Independent artists have more opportunities to skip the traditional label infrastructure and create systems of their own to provide for themselves and their families. United Masters, a music distribution service founded by former music exec Steve Stoute, has introduced a feature that allows artists to get royalty payments daily. Normally, artists have to wait a month or even longer to get their royalty payments. United Masters is showing its forward-thinking place in the market by changing that.

We know that more and more people are driving electric vehicles, but often we don’t talk about the work in infrastructure that will be required to keep up with the demand for electric vehicles. Charging stations and portable charging stations are nonnegotiable elements of a world where a lot of people are driving electric cars. This week, SparkCharge raised $30.5 million to expand its mobile charging services to more of the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.

So for the readers, dreamers, and storytellers, we hope you enjoy and support. The final step of the store will be art by Black artists, which will be added before the end of the summer. Shop Now!
